Last Thursday, I staged this new modern home in the West Des Moines on Aspen Drive. I got to go with a more masculine look to match it's city loft look.  It was definitely fun to stray from the all white/neutral look that I usually choose to balance the home.  Unfortunately for you, this listing sold already on Saturday. 

2424 30th Property Stage Before & Afters

Last week, Rochelle Burnett of Keller Williams asked me to help stage her new listing in Beaverdale.  This home did not require any of my furniture. All I did was rearrange furniture and declutter. The results are pretty drastic by executing such a simple concept.  Check out the before and afters below.
