Let’s talk LIGHTING. Lighting can be such an easy and affordable thing to replace in an older home. This 2005 Urbandale ranch had heavy Tuscan lighting and a sponge painted fireplace that were immediate eye sores for it’s market and competition. I worked with the seller on budget and we were able to replace 13 light fixtures on the main level for under $2k. The return on investment would be major for this $489k listing. Thanks to the listing agent Gina Swanson, Webster Electric, Brian Bartlett Painting and my team we were able to change out lighting, paint and stage this home in 6 hours. Talk about team work!

Exceptionally rare find in Ankeny - a nature's retreat!  Loved every second of walking through this thoughtfully designed home.  So unique and beautiful. I was asked to stage this gem last Spring and when I finally heard it was ready for me last month I could not wait to get my hands on it.  All the dark furniture was not helping showcase the beautiful wood and stone work so I knew exactly what to do.  Check out the before and afters!
