One of my latest projects Archway Properties just hit the market! This 2 story craftsman is in the Historic Kingman Place just off University. The main floor boasts a knocked out wall in the kitchen to expand the space into the dining room. Exposed brick, quartz counters, with an extremely functional peninsula, new paint lighting and flooring throughout. Check out the before and afters. 25 Stages in 14 Weeks
