I started teaming up with the talented Rally Cap Properties team late last Summer.  Since then, I've staged a handful of their properties around Des Moines. I am always super impressed with their professionalism, talent and visions for each home.  Recently, they asked me if I would be interested in leading the design process and stage an upcoming flip in Beaverdale. Last week, I was asked to stage a Waukee home that has been on the market for over a little over a month.  The home has great bones but it just needed a minor furniture and home accessory refresh to help it show better to potential buyers. Check out my before and afters.
